Who am I?

How’s it goin?

My name’s Riley.

I used to be very socially anxious as a teenager, and struggled with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I was angry at my brain because it didn’t work normally like everyone else’s did. So in 2021, possibly some time in July on a Thursday, I dropped my backpack on the bedroom floor, looked myself in the mirror and said “Riley, I f*cking hate you”…

Since then, I’ve learnt an incomprehensible amount about the mind through rigorous self-study, absurd life experiences and of-course by coaching others.

Mindset Coaching specifically. After closing down an ecommerce business which had actually increased my income by over 1000% in one week, I decided to build a youth mental health movement from the ground up…

Doing my best to help other young people not just overcome anxiety, but to find purpose, direction and connection with themselves and others. People all the way from 18 to 35 finally knowing what they want, what they value… and who they are.

I’ve also been a coach and support officer for some of the most promising operatives at a government agency.

It’s been a long journey, but things are easier now. I’ve seen what frees the mind of doubt and fear. I understand things that make it very difficult for stress to arise. I’ve internalised beliefs that make intrusive thoughts no stronger than pebbles being tossed against a reinforced, soundproof window.

Now I help purpose-driven business owners like myself optimise their mindset to deal with the adversities that come with running a company aimed at being both meaningful and highly profitable.

Because I’m sorry, but all the business acumen in the world will not save you from an inability to remain completely calm in times of stress. It will not save you from your lack of accountability, honesty and understanding of your brain and your employees, all of which will be ESSENTIAL for making the impact that you want.

If we share the same values, we might be a good fit,

Riley.
