A new drug for REVERSING procrastination is here

A new “drug” for REVERSING procrastination is here

Good Morning!

Gonna be talking about what causes procrastination, The Purpose Principal, my amplified reality and the cycle of perceived threats.

These are important.

The drug is The Purpose Principal.

The Purpose Principal is something that once you discover its power, you actually become addicted to working hard.

This includes getting uncomfortable enough with life that you wanna move forward.

What causes procrastination?

Being too comfortable not doing your best, because the consequences aren’t bad enough, and the benefits aren’t great or obvious enough.

Finding your Purpose enhances the benefits, and channeling your past or current struggles as well as Amplification enhances the consequences.

So why shouldn’t you procrastinate?

Think of the benefits of the alternative, and the consequences of doing it. It depends on you.

Fill out the 10 Q’s to find your purpose.

Brainstorm consequences for failing to fulfil each thing.

Think abstract.

Example for me: My own amplified reality.

Below are the benefits of no procrastination in relation to my own answers to the 10 Questions to Find Your Purpose:

  • Mental peace. No desire for anything.

  • Connection and unconditional love with family and a significant other.

  • Connection wherever I go, and with close friends.

  • Loving children that I get to teach everything that I know to, and through that and the Peaky pines, extend a chain of positive impact to the world.

  • The ability to travel around freely, witnessing and appreciating all that people, or the energy of the Universe, or God, has created.

Below are the consequences if I fuck up and be lazy and don’t overcome psychological barriers.

  • I am susceptible to mental ping pong, when things go differently to how I hoped they’d go.

  • I have average, sort-of okay connections with enough people, but no relationships that make me feel energetically tied to others.

  • I’m afraid to talk to anyone in public, and meeting new people is a big deal to me. I don’t learn from the experiences of others, and rely solely on what people so happen to tell me about themselves, and what I’ve been through. This would be bad, BECAUSE of the lack of connection to others I would’ve had. I have no close friends who care about me, and who’d help me out when I needed it, or even just wanted it. I’d have no control over how much firepower I have to fight life’s adversities; a sitting duck.

  • No one to pass my teachings onto, no impact on anyone besides myself because I haven’t learnt or grown much. I’m nobody’s role model.

  • Confined against my will to one country, because I have literally no understanding of how money works or how to be resourceful with what you’ve got.

  • Mental blocks against what is or isn’t possible for me, making myself feel easily repressed.

Now, amplify the fuck out of these.

The cycle of perceived threats.

Now a second reason why you’re procrastinating, actually.

It’s because you perceive your important tasks as unpleasant or difficult, so you resort to more pleasurable things.

Your brain releases stress hormones like adrenaline in response to these things that’re unpleasant or difficult, as they become perceived threats.

Although, you could even be scared of not doing a great job/fear of failure.

Then you put off the task, which reinforces the idea that it’s threatening.

You also feel shameful or guilty about procrastinating, which often makes you continue to do it.

Inevitably, you’re left with incompleted tasks or unaddressed circumstances, enhanced negative emotions about it, and now less time to get them done.

How do you stop this?

Journalling why tasks or events are stressing you out can help alleviate it.

Technically, one could even call this procrastination, but if you’re not getting any work done, then you’ve gotta do all you can to change the way that you look at what you’re procrastinating about.

Something fucken cheeky…

ADRENALINE HACKING.

I’ve talked about this before, but it’s basically just making things you’re fearful about, motivating.

Here’s my video on it.

That’s it!

Basically, get uncomfortable enough to move forward, by Finding your Purpose in order to enhance the benefits of effort, and then channeling your past or current struggles to enhance the consequences of no effort.

Then, Amplify the consequences and benefits, which just means to go deeper and deeper on stuff.

Like how I amplify the pains of my audience in order to emotionally involve them in my content.

Understand the cycle of perceived threats.

Start journalling about why these things are threatening to you.

Finally, download the 10 Questions to Find Your Purpose to begin putting The Purpose Principal into practice (Hehe. Alliteration).

Each line that you answer to these will be Amplified.

All caps word. Power word drug. NEW, exciting and intriguing. Reversing procrastination implies the opposite effect. Makes it sound easy, and it’s intriguing.

  • An animated to-do list with all boxes ticked in lowkey black, small in front of your veiny arms on its left and right hovering over the Macbook keypad, with the “drug” covered in some big noticeable green in the middle of the to-do list in the middle of the screen.
